Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a merchandiser to maximize in-store presence across outlets in Medina. You will follow daily journey plans, stock and merchandize SSFL products, and set up POS displays. When required, you will participate in sampling sessions and promotions to drive trials and brand visibility.

The role requires adherence to planograms, timely reporting of deviations, and maintaining professional appearance in line with company code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales or merchandiser experience in retail.
• Ability to follow planograms and execute in-store promotions.
• Valid driving license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by supervisor.
• Merchandise SSFL products within OT stores and access points.
• Place POS materials next to SSFL displays where applicable.

Job description

As part of the sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize our on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser Additionally when required the merchandiser will conduct in-store sampling sessions and in-store sampling and or promotions Planograms must be adhered to for both on and off shelf displays Any non-compliance to the agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately In addition to these duties the merchandiser is required to supply the pre-seller with the latest market information in order to take advantage of any selling opportunities

Accountabilities

Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points shelf stand floor display Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub-standard products Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times Monitor and report competitive activities Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer outlet Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor Participate in sampling redemption campaigns when required Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct
