Merchandiser - Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to retail stores in the city. You will work closely with store managers and buyers to ensure that our products are displayed prominently and effectively to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with retail store managers and buyers
• Promote and sell products to increase visibility and drive sales
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure timely replenishment
• Plan and execute product displays and promotions in accordance with company guidelines
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product placement and promotion
• Report on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in retail sales is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
• Strong negotiation, organization, and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the city for store visits

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Preference for Malayalee candidates)
