Job summary

KEO Group seeks a Technical Manager - MEP in Madinah to lead all technical aspects of a major high-rise project. You will oversee design reviews, coordinate with planning, procurement and construction, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while maintaining quality.

The role requires a minimum of 15 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with proven PMC high-rise expertise. Local standards and sustainability are top priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of career experience in mechanical or electrical engineering fields.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent experience in a technical PMC role with high-rise projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the technical aspects of a large-scale high-rise project in Madinah.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and construction to ensure smooth execution.
• Review and approve architectural and engineering designs for client requirements and standards.
• Monitor all technical aspects to meet project specs, quality, and budget.
• Provide expert consultancy and mitigate design or construction challenges.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to align goals.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and sustainability.
• Oversee resources, monitor budgets, and seek cost-effective solutions.
• Establish QA/QC procedures and mentor the technical team.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and business opportunities.
• Participate in workshops with consultants and contractors; prepare minutes.
