Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical fields.
• 7+ years in Facility/MEP supervision or coordination.
• Knowledge of energy management systems and software.
• Understanding of building automation systems and controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify energy-saving opportunities through data analysis and site surveys.
• Develop and implement energy-saving projects and POCs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to secure approvals and manage timelines.
• Monitor energy data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Oversee lifecycle and maintenance of MEP assets.
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with contractors.
