Job summary

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia in Riyadh is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing portions of large-scale construction projects. You will plan, execute, and finalise MEP activities to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven track record as PM with large MEP projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia building codes and regulations.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP-related activities throughout the project lifecycle, from design and procurement to installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for all MEP works, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Oversee the preparation and review of MEP technical submittals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Manage MEP project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimise efficiency and control costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure adherence to quality standards, and enforce strict health and safety regulations.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions to the project team.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports on MEP activities, highlighting key milestones, risks, and financial performance.
