Job summary

JINGDONG Property is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to lead on-site installation activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems across complex projects in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure smooth interfaces and adherence to drawings, method statements, and project programs.

You will also manage subcontractors and workforce, ensure safety and quality, and liaise with local authorities for permissions

Qualifications

Experience overseeing on-site MEP installations in complex projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code and safety standards.
Ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams and resolve interfaces quickly.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site MEP installation activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV).
Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to align interfaces.
Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, method statements and programs.
Manage subcontractors and site workforce to maintain quality and safety.
Coordinate inspections and approvals with local authorities and prepare handover documentation.
Monitor procurement, delivery, and installation of MEP materials.
Track progress against schedule and report on commissioning activities.
Develop interface risk registers and drive coordination workshops.
