You will manage local procurement using ERP systems, issue POs, request quotes, negotiate terms, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential, along with MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement within the Saudi market.
• Experience using ERP systems for invoicing and stock tracking.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
• Valid residency status and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Execute local procurement processes per policies and issue purchase orders.
• Request quotations and compare to secure best terms.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
• Follow up on purchase orders until goods receipt.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet needs.
• Periodically update procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory data.
