This role provides day-to-day leadership across the construction delivery phase, coordinating teams and stakeholders while embedding Mace safety, quality, and service excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery to achieve agreed time, cost, quality, and performance objectives
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, providing daily leadership and KPI alignment
• Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation measures throughout the lifecycle
• Appoint, manage, and oversee consultants, contractors, and technical services required for delivery
• Implement and maintain quality systems aligned with Mace Way and service excellence standards
• Manage project communications, records, and formal change control processes
• Support senior project managers with delegated responsibilities and accurate project reporting
• Champion safety-first culture by applying HSW principles across all project phases

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience working in the United Arab Emirates, essential for client approval
• Professional membership such as MAPM, MRICS, MICE, or working toward an equivalent
• Demonstrated background in project management or a similar role within construction delivery
• Tertiary qualification in project management or construction-related disciplines, or equivalent experience
• Valid CSCS card or recognized local equivalent
• Strong coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
