We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience, specializing in Public Health (PH) and Fire Fighting (FF) systems, to support a major development project in Riyadh. The candidate will provide technical guidance, conduct high‑level design reviews, and offer problem‑solving support across all phases of MEP design and delivery. This senior‑level role requires deep technical expertise in PH & FF systems, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and coordination of Public Health and Fire Fighting systems across the project lifecycle.
• Conduct high‑level design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and local/international codes.
• Provide technical analysis and problem‑solving support to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions.
• Review and validate PH & FF drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Support the development of design strategies, value engineering, and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor design progress and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong focus on Public Health and Fire Fighting systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field; Master’s degree or chartered status preferred.
• Proven experience in high‑level design review and technical problem‑solving.
• Proficiency in MEP design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit, HAP, Fire Dynamics Simulator).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes, civil defense requirements, and regional engineering standards.
