Job summary

ENGIE Solutions Middle East seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to ensure reliability and compliance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at King Salman Energy Park. The role covers inspection, maintenance, and performance optimization of MEP assets across building and infrastructure facilities.

You will work with FM teams, service providers, and sustainability colleagues to maintain high operational standards and asset integrity in a fast-paced industrial park environment in Saudi

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in MEP operations, maintenance, or technical support.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor MEP systems across infrastructure and building facilities and track performance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with O&M contractors.
• Track utilities consumption and identify energy inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, SPARK standards, and codes (SBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IEC).
• Maintain technical documentation and support CAFM/CMMS data integration.
