Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Program Manager - Building Automation in Saudi Arabia to lead large-scale building automation programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage government entities, technology partners, and customers to deliver sustainable and efficient building solutions, while traveling across the Kingdom.

You will report to the General Manager for Projects in KSA, shaping Mega Projects and contributing to urban sustainability and safety through strategic program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing multiple projects >$5M USD concurrently.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government entities, technology partners, and customers to develop and execute projects.
• Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
• Manage program performance metrics and reporting.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the program team and develop succession plans.
• Lead resourcing of the project portfolio and mitigate risk.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the Projects space.
• Support the Sales Organization with growth of the Projects Business.
