Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a General Manager Regional LOB for Building Automation & Projects based in Riyadh, KSA. You will lead the regional growth, own the P&L, and drive strategic initiatives across multiple business lines.

You will interact with senior stakeholders, shape offerings, ensure on-time delivery, and build a high-performing team in a dynamic, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership, strategy deployment, operations, business management, sales, or program management experience.
• Experience in a leadership role either as a Sales Leader or as Senior Program Manager.
• Proven track record in delivering growth and financial performance for an independent line of business.
• Strong financial knowledge on BS, P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Be the Customers champion and cultivate relationships across all Key accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts and suppliers at senior level.
• Drive Customer Satisfaction and address customer escalations promptly and resolve them.
• Ensure Projects are resourced adequately and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure Process compliance in accordance with Honeywell Policies.
• Own the regional P&L for the Building Automation Projects business and deliver on vertical growth, top-line revenue, gross margins, operating income and fixed costs.
• Focus on building a robust management operating system that establishes efficient processes and enhances operational productivity, cost management, and profitability.
• Support Offering Management to define branding and market penetration strategies for the region and to enhance market demand of offerings.

As a General Manager Regional LOB for Building Automation & Projects here at Honeywell, you will take full management responsibility for the development and growth of Honeywell businesses in the region, spanning diversified lines of business. You will effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders across the organization. In this high-impact role, you will work autonomously as a senior member of our leadership team to achieve organizational objectives.

You will report directly to our META Projects General Manager and you'll work out of our Riyadh, KSA location on a Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. You will also have the opportunity to engage closely with our Integrated team to implement strong processes and better serve our customers
