Job summary

ConFlip in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls and deliver strong customer service. The role requires good communication skills and prior customer service experience; Malayalam language is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication scripts and policies to ensure consistency in service provided.
• Escalate any unresolved issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate department or supervisor.
