Job summary

Talentera is seeking a diligent HIM professional to process and coordinate medical report requests for Riyadh Care Hospital in Riyadh. You will manage translations, birth notifications and sick leaves, handling each step from receipt to delivery with strict adherence to hospital policies.

You will also assist patients, maintain accurate demographics, and keep filing systems organized while upholding confidentiality and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for Medical reports, translation, birth notification and sick leaves.
• Answer patient inquiries regarding Medical reports and related services.
• Issue Medical reports, translation, birth notification and sick leaves per policy and procedures.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure fast preparation and delivery of patient reports.
• Complete demographic patient information accurately.
• Provide support and assistance to patients visiting for inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain a filing system for quick access to documents.
• Meet departmental objectives and contribute to growth while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.
• Build positive relationships and maintain effective communication with peers, staff and visitors.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned by the Department Head/Manager.

• Receive request of Medical reports, translation, birth notification and sick leaves.
• Issues Medical reports, translation, birth notification and sick leaves based on policy and procedures.
• Follow up with stakeholders for fast preparation and delivery of patients reports.
• Complete demographic patient information.
• Provide support and assistance to patients coming for inquiries and/or complaints.
• Maintain a filing system for quick and easy access of documents.
• Meets current objectives and positions the organization for future growth.Completes daily tasks and assignments and processes large volumes of work associated with the operation of the department.
• Meets and exceeds expectations of internal and external customers.All organizational and departmental standards regarding quality of performance are met.Demonstrates a strong commitment to confidentiality.Participates in quality improvement programs as directed.
