The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience in Riyadh, specifically within Dental, Dermatology, and Aesthetic (Cosmetic) clinics. This role requires a strong balance between operational excellence and strategic medical marketing.

نبحث عن مدير تشغيل طبي وتسويق طبي ذو خبرة للإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمنشأة الطبية وقيادة أنشطة التسويق الطبي. يشترط توفر خبرة سابقة داخل مدينة الرياض، ويفضّل من لديه خبرة عملية في عيادات الأسنان، الجلدية، والتجميل. يتReqires هذا الدور مزيجًا قويًا من المهارات التشغيلية والتسويقية ضمن القطاع الصحي.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily medical and clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient experience
• Coordinate with medical staff, front desk, and support teams to optimize performance and efficiency
• Develop and execute medical marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition and retention
• Oversee branding, promotions, and digital marketing activities in alignment with medical regulations
• Monitor clinic KPIs, patient satisfaction, and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with Saudi health regulations and internal policies
• Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and external partners
• Prepare operational and marketing reports for senior management

المهام والمسؤوليات

• إدارة والإشراف على العمليات الطبية اليومية وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة عالية
• التنسيق مع الطاقم الطبي والإداري لتحسين الأداء وجودة الخدمة
• إعداد وتنفيذ خطط واستراتيجيات التسويق الطبي لزيادة عدد المرضى
• الإشراف على الحملات التسويقية والهوية التجارية والأنشطة الرقمية وفق الأنظمة الصحية المعتمدة
• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء ورضا المرضى وتحسين تجربة المراجعين
• ضمان الالتزام بأنظمة وزارة الصحة واللوائح الداخلية
• إدارة العلاقات مع الموردين وشركات التسويق والجهات الخارجية
• إعداد التقارير التشغيلية والتسويقية ورفعها للإدارة العليا
