MCG Talent in Riyadh is seeking a Media Consultancy Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. You will lead client relationships, manage a team, and take ownership of media and digital strategy, performance, and optimisation across assigned accounts.

You will mentor staff, review campaign performance, and develop strategies to improve outcomes. The role requires strong analytics, excellent communication, and hands-on campaign management with a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in media planning and digital within a leading agency.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing media and digital campaigns.
