Job summary

Sayyed Enterprises is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to oversee maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of heavy industrial equipment including milling and grinding systems. The role aims to maximize equipment availability, extend wear components, and optimize energy consumption while ensuring structural integrity in high-torque drive systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
Hands-on mechanical experience with heavy equipment and industrial mills is expected.
CMRP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for roller mill assemblies and gearboxes.
Troubleshoot failures, reduce vibration, and address wear patterns on components.
Lead major overhauls, part replacements, and liner changes within downtime limits.
Pursue improvements in sealing, lubrication, or material handling systems.
Enforce safety protocols such as LOTO during routine operations and overhauls.
