Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Riyadh seeks a seasoned Construction Support professional to assist in planning construction methods, manage materials and quality checks, and coordinate with the Senior Construction Engineer and Construction Manager. The role requires ensuring safe, compliant field work and timely reporting of progress and changes.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong English communication skills

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• English language skills required for project communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction supervision in planning methods and procedures.
• Coordinate problems with Senior Construction Engineer and/or Construction Manager.
• Identify quality, safety and schedule issues and escalate as needed.
• Monitor site activities for safety and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Review drawings, interference problems, and vendor instructions.
• Attend daily/weekly coordination meetings with the Contractor.
• Prepare daily reports for senior engineers and managers.
• Review safety submittals and method statements.
