Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a Chief Civil Engineer to lead Civil Engineering teams on a premier Ras Al Khair project in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee design reviews, safety and quality controls, and coordination with RC and Contractors to resolve technical issues.

The role requires vast experience in earthworks, utilities, and site development, with a focus on delivering complex infrastructure on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent with substantial civil/project design experience.
• Significant leadership and coordination across multi-discipline teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the project.
• Experience with design reviews, site development, and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil Engineering team to ensure safety and quality standards across designs.
• Interface RC Engineering with Contractors to resolve technical issues and review submittals.
• Provide technical guidance to civil engineers and manage design reviews.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and development of national civil engineers.
• Coordinate and lead design reviews for site development and utilities packages.
