Job summary

Nutanix is seeking an experienced security leader to oversee physical security and safety for MEA facilities, travelers, and events, with Riyadh as the base. You will develop and implement a strategic program using modern technology aligned with risk, business priorities, and culture.

You will act as the primary MEA security contact, coordinating with EMEA while managing vendors, budgets, and KPIs to ensure robust protection and rapid incident response across MEA sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in physical security or law enforcement.
• Ability to manage security challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing and managing physical security system installations.
• Experience managing contract physical security services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security, access control, CCTV, safety, and investigations at MEA facilities, events, and travelers.
• Manage MEA Physical Security vendors and systems providers.
• Define SLAs and performance metrics for MEA security vendors.
• Direct strategic relationships with property management at MEA locations.
• Provide KPI input for other department functions.
• Lead MEA security operations budget and drive efficiencies.
• Respond to security incidents at Riyadh and assist MEA remotely.
• Plan security for company events and lead emergency drills.
