Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of project supervision, real estate development, engineering Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in managing complex construction projects and interfacing with developers/contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management over new construction of Fulfillment Centers and renovations across MEATR.
• Advise on schedule, cost, and permitting impacts; review and develop with internal teams.
• Supervise multiple projects, from small renovations to $20M+ facilities.
• Prepare technical analyses, reports, and cost/contract documentation.
• Negotiate contracts with developers and General Contractors; coordinate turnover docs.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule KPIs; collaborate with stakeholders.
