Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting serving banks and financial institutions.
• Experience leading large strategic and transformation engagements for banks.
• Based in the Middle East with 3–5 years of recent regional experience, especially in Saudi Arabia/UAE.

Aufgaben

• Originate and lead banking mandates across strategy, growth, transformation, operating model, digital and technology, cost, and performance.
• Develop and manage relationships with CEOs, boards, and senior banking executives across the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia and UAE.
• Shape bank-wide strategies and transformations, including corporate strategy, growth, customer and distribution strategy, digital transformation, and operating models.
• Build Roland Berger’s banking franchise in the region, develop priority accounts, and convert relationships into revenues.
• Collaborate with global FS network to bring best capabilities to Middle East clients.
