Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a MCX Solution Architect to define and lead end-to-end design and deployment of mission-critical communication platforms for enterprise and industrial environments. You will ensure high availability, low latency, secure interoperability across devices, networks, and dispatch systems — playing a pivotal role in shaping next-generation connectivity for our global clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in MCX, PS-LTE, or critical communications environments.
• Hands-on experience with Hytera, Airbus, Motorola Solutions, or TDTech.
• Experience producing HLD/LLD and test strategies, with multi-vendor delivery programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end MCX solution architecture across access, transport, core, IMS, and dispatch systems.
• Lead design governance, validation, cutover planning, and acceptance testing.
• Drive security-by-design, encryption, identity and key management, and auditability.
