Capgemini Engineering is seeking an MCX Solution Architect to define and lead end-to-end design and deployment of mission-critical communication platforms for enterprise and industrial environments. You will ensure high availability, low latency, and secure interoperability across devices, networks, and dispatch systems, shaping next-generation connectivity for global clients across industries.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering mission-critical platform design and deployment across MCX/PS-LTE or critical communications.
15+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with Hytera, Airbus, Motorola Solutions, or TDTech.
Knowledge of 3GPP MC Services, IMS, VoLTE/VoNR, QoS/QCI/5QI, policy control, and session management.
Ability to produce HLD/LLD, test strategies, and manage multi-vendor delivery programs.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Kubernetes/telco cloud, containerised network functions, or CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to ETSI, 3GPP, or GSMA guidelines.

Responsibilities

Architect MCPTT/MCVideo/MCData services and QoS.
Lead end-to-end solution blueprints across networks, devices, and interfaces.
Drive vendor selection and deployment governance including HLD/LLD and testing.
Define resilience architecture with geo-redundancy and DR strategies.
Establish security-by-design principles and auditability.
Support test teams through ATP, FAT/SAT readiness.
Lead technical workshops translating requirements into structured delivery backlogs.
