Job summary

Evertz Microsystems is seeking a Solutions Architect & Evangelist to design enterprise-grade Playout, MAM and Distribution solutions. You will capture client vision, document requirements, and act as the technical authority across design, pre-commissioning, on-site commissioning and sustaining engineering phases.

You will collaborate with account managers, R&D engineers, project managers, and executives to deliver end-to-end architectures and bid-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, documenting and sustaining full life cycle end-to-end enterprise-wide client facing projects.
• Experience with file-based broadcast, production, post-production, non-linear distribution, automated transcoding and quality control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with account management to identify and engage prospective Playout, MAM and Media Distribution customers.
• Define and document system scope with the client and account manager.
• Provide initial solutions and documentation for bid sets.
• Create design packages, gap analyses, and functional specifications.
• Travel to client sites as required.
