Job summary

De ion is seeking a seasoned Material Coordinator in Saudi Arabia to manage end-to-end material flow for production. You will coordinate material orders, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate records and compliance with storage and labeling standards.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience with inventory systems. You will work closely with production teams to optimize material availability and drive efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field.
• 5-15 years of experience in material management.
• Experience with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering of materials required for production.
• Ensure materials are available for production as and when required.
• Track inventory levels and maintain optimal levels.
• Monitor movement of materials to and from the warehouse.
• Label and store materials properly.
• Maintain records of all materials.
• Collaborate with production to ensure material availability.
• Develop and implement material management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor quality of materials received from suppliers.
