Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist 1 - Material Plan & Execution in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, on a 1-year contract with extension potential. The role focuses on planning and scheduling materials to meet customer requirements, collaborating with sales, AMO, and regional teams to translate demand into orders, and driving inventory optimization.

The candidate will work in a high-pace environment, utilizing MRP/MPS concepts, SAP, Excel, and Power BI to monitor stock levels,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in material planning, production planning or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Diploma or higher in supply chain or related field.
• Understanding of MRP/MPS planning concepts.
• Strong ownership, accountability, proactive and self-driven, good communication.
• PMP preferable.
• Industry background in manufacturing/oil and gas preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Excel and Power BI recommended.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule materials to meet customer requirements.
• Forecast regions and convert demand plans into orders.
• Analyze demand, identify exceptions and inventory opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, AMO, and regional teams to align plans.
• Monitor safety stock and aging inventory; address issues.
• Support continuous improvement projects in planning processes.
