Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement.
• Experience in Admin Procurement.
• Familiarity with material management processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties and low-risk purchasing under supervision.
• Maintain material management logs and inputs data into databases (e.g., SAP).
• Organize and maintain project files.
• Review technical packages from Engineering and ensure proper documents.
• Update material management data for buyers as needed.
• Issue weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain cash flow reports.
• Uphold ethical and safety standards in material management.
• Comply with company policies and global standards.
• Plan and carry out assignments; adhere to HS&E policies.
• Support core skills development; ensure attendance/punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-5 years of experience
• Admin Procurement experience
• Material Management

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties and low-risk purchasing activities under direct supervision
• Maintain material management logs and inputs material management commitment-related information into databases (such as approved material management reference system, SAP, etc.)
• Organize and maintain files
• Review technical packages received from Engineering; ensure correct documents are processed according to prescribed methods
• May be required to update approved material management reference system for buyers
• Issue weekly/monthly reports, as assigned
• Maintain Cash Flow reports
• Maintain the highest ethical standards of Material Management professional responsibility
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• Adhere to and support company Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned
