Job summary

Qiddiya seeks an Assistant Manager – Finance and Procurement Operations to partner with Marketing in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management. You will coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and suppliers to ensure budgets, contracts, POs, and payments follow policy.

You will monitor spending against plans, prepare reports, and support governance and compliance across marketing activities. The role offers cross-functional exposure in a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification in Finance, Procurement, or Project Management is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in finance operations, procurement, or budget management.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing budget planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate procurement requirements for campaigns, events, and services.
• Maintain vendor onboarding, contracts, and payment schedules.
• Review invoices against contracts and purchase orders; ensure approvals.
• Provide regular financial updates and governance documentation.
