Job summary

Unipal, Inc. in Riyadh seeks a Marketing Executive to grow our student base on campus, on social, and via campaigns with partner brands. You will be the on-ground marketing presence in Riyadh, collaborating with our central marketing and content team, the KSA partnerships team, and Accounts Management.

This role focuses on campus activations, events, ambassador programmes, and performance-driven campaigns to drive app downloads and sign-ups among students.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in marketing, focused on growth, community, field, or student marketing.
• Experience running events, activations, or ambassador programmes.
• Comfortable with targets and numbers; track channel performance.
• Strong knowledge of Riyadh universities and student culture.

Responsibilities

• Grow app downloads, sign-ups, and active users in Riyadh to monthly targets.
• Plan and run campus activations, events, and stands at Riyadh universities.
• Build and manage a student ambassador programme across key campuses.
• Run co-marketing campaigns with partner brands to drive redemptions.
• Brief the central Content Creator on local content needs and content shot on the ground.
• Manage local social activity and community engagement for the Saudi audience.
• Track campaign results and report what works, what doesn’t, and what you’ll change.
• Build relationships with university student clubs, societies, and staff.

About the role

Riyadh has one of the largest student populations in the region, and we want every one of them using Unipal. Your job is to grow our student base in the city: on campus, on social, and through campaigns with our partner brands. You will be our marketing presence on the ground in Riyadh, working with our central marketing and content team, the KSA partnerships team, and Accounts Management.

What you will do
