Job summary

Nuevo Mena in Riyadh is seeking a marketing coordinator to support ongoing campaigns and partner communications. The role covers social media scheduling, material creation reviews, event support, and reporting on deliverables. You will work with Sales and Marketing teams to keep projects on track and maintain branding assets. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Experience with social media and digital campaigns helps, as does proficiency in design tools.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing activities.
• Knowledge of digital campaign management and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on ongoing marketing activities and campaigns.
• Manage communication with partners (Apple, Jamf...).
• Follow up on social media calendars and posting schedule.
• Coordinate creation and review of marketing materials (social posts, campaigns, banners...).
• Support event coordination and logistics as needed.
• Track deliverables and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Assist internal Sales, Marketing, and Apple teams with coordination.
• Prepare basic marketing campaign reports and updates.
• Handle day-to-day admin marketing tasks (signatures, PowerPoint templates, etc.).
