The Marketing Executive will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support enrolment growth. This position will contribute to digital marketing, content creation, events, communications, campaign management, and performance tracking while ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with the organization’s culture, values, and business objectives.
Support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Coordinate marketing activities that support lead generation, student enrolment, customer engagement, and brand growth
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within approved budgets
Assist with the development of annual and monthly marketing plans, campaign calendars, and promotional activities
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations for improvement
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, campaign results, and marketing materials
Support remarketing and lead nurturing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions
Ensure that all marketing communications are accurate, timely, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines
Manage and update website content to ensure that information is accurate, relevant, and up to date
Support the management of social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement
Create and coordinate engaging marketing content, including copy, newsletters, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, videos, and digital assets
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect stories, updates, testimonials, photographs, and other content that supports marketing objectives
Assist with search engine optimization, online advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives
Monitor website, social media, and email marketing performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools
Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, email templates, and digital content libraries
Ensure all published content follows applicable copyright, privacy, advertising, and brand requirements
Plan and support open houses, school functions, exhibitions, community activities, parent events, and other marketing events
Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, invitations, registrations, vendors, and post-event communications
Support public relations, media requests, partnerships, and other brand-building opportunities
Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including flyers, banners, brochures, signage, presentations, and promotional materials
Work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications and customer touchpoints
Build positive relationships with families, partners, agents, vendors, media contacts, and other stakeholders
Attend events that may be held outside of regular working hours as required
Provide professional and responsive service to internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate marketing invoices, purchase orders, vendor documentation, and budget tracking
Maintain organized records of marketing materials, supplier information, contracts, and campaign documentation
Research market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and new marketing opportunities
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, meeting materials, and marketing updates
Ensure marketing requests are prioritized, tracked, and completed within agreed timelines
Maintain knowledge of relevant marketing platforms, tools, and industry developments through ongoing professional development
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business administration, public relations, or a related field
At least 2 to 3 years of related experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or business development
Experience in education, childcare, family services, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused industry is preferred
Experience managing social media, email marketing, website content, marketing campaigns, and events
Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, content management systems, customer relationship management systems, and analytics tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent copywriting, proofreading, editing, and presentation skills
Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-oriented with a hands-on approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Possess a collaborative attitude and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze marketing data and use insights to improve campaigns and customer engagement
Professional working proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
