Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a seasoned Lead Project Manager for large-scale shore and offshore construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure safe, timely, cost-efficient, and quality-driven delivery while coordinating with clients, authorities, and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 20+ years of marine construction experience with major firms, plus strong leadership, project management, and commercial skills to drive tendering

• Resolve technical and construction issues and support tendering and business development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, or related Engineering.
• 20+ years of marine construction experience, preferably with major construction/contracting companies.
• Strong leadership, project management, technical, and commercial skills.
