The role requires working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders under challenging field conditions. You will deliver projects that meet targets, ensure QA/QC practices, manage permits, and maintain smooth documentation handover at closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience with marine construction methods.
• Dredging and seabed preparation expertise.
• Understanding of structural concrete and steel basics.
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling (Primavera).
• Experience performing QA/QC inspections and reporting.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and obtain permits.
• Strong safety leadership with zero incidents target.
• Cross-functional coordination across teams.
• Problem-solving under field conditions.
• Clear stakeholder communication.
