Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Construction Director to lead large-scale developments in Riyadh. You will deliver multi-billion SAR projects from inception to completion for Tier 1 contractors, with emphasis on high-rise towers and complex buildings.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance, and drive schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of construction experience, including Tier 1 projects.
• Experience delivering multi-billion SAR schemes, high-rise towers.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC, HSE, scheduling, and cost control.
• Solid understanding of local regulations and international standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Oversee project planning, execution, and site operations across multiple large-scale developments
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop and implement construction strategies, methodologies, and execution plans
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to maintain project objectives
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, HSE requirements, and quality standards
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery
• Drive productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement across construction operations
• Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators to senior management

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, contract administration, QA/QC, HSE, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong understanding of local regulations and international construction standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• .Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). A Master's degree is an advantage
