Job summary

Ocean Marine is seeking a seasoned leader to drive marine construction projects from site prep through closeout. You will coordinate engineering, resources, and execution plans while balancing schedule, cost, quality, and safety in challenging field conditions.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality through inspections, managing risk and permits, and delivering project documentation on time. Strong cross-functional communication and safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine construction methods and field execution.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor progress for complex projects.
• Strong QA/QC practices and risk management awareness.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant delivery of marine construction projects from site prep to closeout.
• Coordinate engineering, resources and execution plans; manage schedule, cost, quality and safety targets.
• Ensure documentation handover and maintain project records with QA/QC reporting.
