Job summary

Crown Arabia Can Company Ltd seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing of raw materials, components, and services for manufacturing operations. You will lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and PO processing while ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, maintaining records, and collaborating with production and inventory to optimize stock levels and drive cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and purchasing software.
• Analytical mindset with ability to monitor supplier performance.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage in a bilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery speed, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable value and agreements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions per policy.
• Monitor supplier performance and address quality, delivery, or cost issues.
• Maintain supplier records, pricing, and order history.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and inventory to forecast needs and optimize stock.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and trends.
• Resolve disputes with suppliers regarding invoices, shipments, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to cost reduction and process improvements within purchasing.
