Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a senior risk management professional to design and implement a robust risk framework aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

You will lead risk identification, assessment, and prioritization for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, while coordinating cross-functional teams on mitigation plans and reporting risk status to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• At least 12 years of experience in risk management for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing and applying risk management frameworks and systems.
• Strong analytical skills and data/qualitative decision making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMI-RMP, ISO 31000) are highly regarded. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
