Job summary

The King Salman International Airport is seeking a Manager – Market Analytics and Contracts to drive commercial decision-making through performance reporting, market analytics, financial modelling and contract management. You will translate data into actionable insights to support revenue optimization.

Responsibilities include forecasting demand across terminals, analyzing performance, negotiating contract frameworks, and delivering monthly reports and dashboards to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years in a managerial position in Commercial Analytics/Finance/FP&A/Business Planning/Performance Management/Revenue Management/Strategy/Transaction Advisory/Contract Performance.
• Strong experience in advanced Excel, financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
• Power BI or equivalent BI/data visualization experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast commercial demand across airport terminals, zones, and categories to support asset planning, tenant-mix strategies, and revenue projections.
• Analyze category and zone performance to identify space optimization and commercial tenant-mix opportunities.
• Evaluate travel trends, macroeconomic indicators, and global airport and retail benchmarks to refine commercial forecasts and performance targets.
• Analyze rental rates, concession fees, and revenue-sharing models to identify renegotiation and repricing opportunities.
• Support the design and negotiation of commercial contract frameworks, including performance indicators, service levels, variable rent terms, and incentives.
• Evaluate contract performance based on financial returns, compliance, and guest feedback to recommend renewal, modification, or termination.
• Own monthly commercial performance reporting, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews.
• Conduct variance and root-cause analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling to identify performance and revenue optimization opportunities.
• Support market, feasibility, valuation, business-case, and financial modelling for commercial initiatives and deals.
• Track commercial contracts, KPIs, obligations, renewals, and overall contract performance in coordination with business owners and Legal.
• Work across Commercial and relevant corporate functions to validate data, follow up on actions, and drive performance discipline.
• Strengthen data quality and provide clear, actionable commercial insights and recommendations to management

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent, including at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in Commercial Analytics, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Planning, Performance Management, Revenue Management, Strategy, Transaction Advisory, or Contract Performance.
• Strong experience in advanced Excel, financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
• Power BI or equivalent BI and data visualization experience is preferred.
