About the Role
The IX Intern will support the team in delivering human-centered, data‑driven digital experiences for clients across industries. The role combines research, creativity, digital strategy and hands‑on support to help design and deliver innovative experiences across platforms, products and services.
This internship provides exposure to end‑to‑end experience design work including discovery, prototyping, digital content, user research and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Insights
- Support user research, benchmarking and analysis activities.
- Assist in gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions.
- Create and maintain documentation, summaries and presentation materials.
2. Experience & Design Support
- Assist in drafting journey maps, personas, wireframes or basic prototypes depending on project needs.
- Support content structuring and digital storytelling for experience‑led projects.
- Participate in design sessions and contribute ideas.
3. Digital Delivery & Coordination
- Work with cross‑functional teams including design, strategy, technology, and project management.
- Support PM activities such as documentation, tracking tasks and preparing status updates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and help maintain project repositories.
4. Innovation & Creative Contribution
- Bring fresh perspectives on customer experience, digital trends and emerging technologies.
- Research best practices across digital design, AI‑enabled experience solutions, and omni‑channel engagement.
Education
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Technical / Functional Skills
- Basic understanding of digital experience design, UX concepts, customer journeys and usability principles.
- Exposure to digital tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe Suite, or similar) is a plus.
- Comfortable with research, documentation and presentation preparation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
