• Perform general repair maintenance and troubleshooting of hotel facilities and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance according to schedules
• Monitor equipment readings and report abnormalities or required corrective actions
• Attend to guest and departmental maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Assist other tradespersons and technicians with electrical mechanical plumbing and general maintenance tasks
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and measuring instruments
• Maintain clean safe and organized work areas while complying with safety regulations
