Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. is seeking a skilled hotel engineer to respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and operate complex MEP systems with minimal supervision.

You will read blueprints and electrical schematics and support on-duty responsibilities across shifts. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with vocational training, 2+ years in hotel engineering, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus vocational/technical background.
• Extensive experience in general maintenance, electrical or refrigeration.
• 2+ years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate resolutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics for plumbing and HVAC.
• Train and mentor other engineers as necessary.
• Perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities and rounds.
