Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, electrical checks, and general upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests from clients in a timely manner.
• Inspect properties for issues or hazards and address them.
• Carry out minor carpentry tasks and furniture repairs.
• Paint walls and handle touch-up work as needed.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as required.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship across all tasks.
