Job summary

Avanta Works in Riyadh seeks a reliable Handyman/Maintenance Technician to perform a range of maintenance tasks and repairs in our facility. The role involves diagnosing electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining equipment and records.

This is an urgent opening with visa sponsorship and a salary of 1200$; English proficiency is not required. Ideal candidates will have proven hands-on experience, strong tool skills, and the stamina to perform manual

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician.
• Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry basics.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication with diverse staff and residents.
• Physically capable of manual labor.
• Valid Saudi work visa (Indian nationals preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure the building is safe and well-maintained.
• Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.
• Keep inventory of tools and supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities performed.
