Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician.
• Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry basics.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.

• Strong communication with diverse staff and residents.
• Physically capable of manual labor.
• Valid Saudi work visa (Indian nationals preferred).

This includes fixing plumbing and electrical issues, performing basic carpentry work, and maintaining the overall appearance of the building. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills. This is an urgent position that offers a competitive salary of 1200$ with visa sponsorship.
