Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience leading maintenance teams in dairy, FMCG, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Planning, coordinating, and leading all maintenance activities related to dairy processing equipment, facilities, and utilities. involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards to support the production of high‑quality dairy products.

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
Experience with maintenance planning and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
