Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance area (2–3 years)
• Experience in Asset Maintenance Management (min 2 years)
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability-centered maintenance and asset management
• Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Insight on TPM PM Pillar methodology & Governance
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed College/University

Responsibilities

• Establish Routine and Extraordinary Maintenance plan for all site assets
• Lead and govern the maintenance planning standard routine
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of maintenance activities
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance
• Integrate Maintenance Excellence Packages (MEP) within the site asset base
• Leverage digital to optimize maintenance including PdM and AMM Mobile
• Analyze and optimize life cycle costs of maintenance activities
• Support preparation for the start-up of new lines
