Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Maintenance Planner for a prestigious Oil & Gas role in Saudi Arabia. You will plan and schedule maintenance, develop detailed job plans, and ensure safety-aligned execution to minimize downtime.

You will work with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams, using SAP for planning and reporting, and rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• CPSP or equivalent planning/scheduling certification.
• Proven experience in maintenance and shutdown planning.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Oil & gas or petrochemical sector experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights/weekends.

• Experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
