Job summary

Opus is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across restaurants and branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will supervise technical teams and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and uninterrupted operations within budget.

You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance for kitchen equipment, HVAC/refrigeration, and electrical and mechanical systems, using CAFM to track work orders and plans, and monitor metrics and costs to drive improvements.

• Strong operations management and maintenance planning skills.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• Proven ability to improve equipment reliability and availability.
• Knowledge of safety standards and Civil Defense requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across branches and ensure adherence to approved schedules.
• Lead technical teams, assign tasks, and monitor work quality and timelines.
• Maintain kitchen equipment, HVAC/refrigeration, and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Manage fault reports, set priorities, and coordinate with teams to closure.
• Use CAFM systems to track work orders, maintenance plans, and equipment records.
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports on faults, response time, costs and compliance.
• Manage contractors and maintenance contracts, and review service quality.
• Control spare parts consumption and ensure availability.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize maintenance impact on workflow.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
