Job summary

Aroma City Group in Riyadh seeks an Assistant Manager – Engineering & Smart Asset Management to lead maintenance across MEP systems, coordinate daily operations, and drive the shift toward preventive maintenance and data‑driven asset management.

You will supervise four technical teams, support CAFM/BMS implementation, monitor energy use, and ensure HSSE compliance while collaborating with contractors and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience: 5–7 years in engineering/facilities maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Preferred background: residential compounds, hospitality, property management, or mixed-use facilities; Mechatronics a plus.
• Certifications: PE license, FM/Asset Management training, or energy management certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance activities across MEP and civil infrastructure; resolve work orders and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Supervise four technical teams: Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, and General Maintenance; ensure safety and quality.
• Support CAFM and BMS implementations; maintain asset register; conduct condition assessments; optimize maintenance planning.
